THE JAGATI STORY
From Struggle to Opportunity
Jagati began as a struggling Government school serving children in a migrant township. Its transformation began with a different idea: instead of creating another private or charitable school, Government and philanthropy would work together to strengthen the school that already belonged to the community.
What began with infrastructure has gradually grown into a wider educational partnership — from pre-school and classroom learning to after-school support.

THE IDEA
Stronger Together
Government schools already have what philanthropy would otherwise have to recreate: a school, teachers, public recognition and institutional continuity.
Jagati adds what philanthropy can often provide more flexibly —
infrastructure, specialist programmes, technology, additional learning support and innovation.
Instead of two schools competing for the same children, the partnership creates one stronger school.

A Complete Learning Journey
Pre-School (Ages 3-6)
In partnership with Children's Hope India's 30x30 programme, we provide a dedicated pre-school wing to give young children a strong start.
Government School (Classes 1-8)
A safe, inclusive and stimulating environment with commited teachers, improved infrastructure and a focus on both academic and personal growth.
After School Support
For children who may not have academic support available at home, the After School Centre provides a structured environment for homework, additional learning and confidence building.
